Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026. This policy explains which data Orby Strategy processes, why, and your rights as a data subject (Brazilian LGPD — Law 13,709/2018).

  1. 1.Scope. This policy applies to the Orby Strategy website and platform (orbydigital.com) and to all plans, including the free one. Contact channel for privacy and data protection matters: orbydigital@outlook.com.
  2. 2.Data we process. Account data (display name, email, password stored only as a hash), saved strategies and texts sent to the chat, credit usage and generation history, payment and plan events, and technical logs (IP address, browser, access dates) for security.
  3. 3.Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card data — we only receive payment confirmations, plan information and transaction identifiers.
  4. 4.Purposes. We use the data to operate the platform (generate and save your codes), manage subscriptions and credits, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations and send essential account communications (such as email verification and renewal notices).
  5. 5.Legal bases (LGPD). Performance of a contract (providing the contracted service), compliance with legal obligations (tax and payment records), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention and service improvement) and consent (optional communications, which you can revoke).
  6. 6.Artificial intelligence. The text you send in the chat is processed by contracted AI providers, exclusively to interpret your request and generate the result. We send only what is necessary for that purpose.
  7. 7.Sharing. We share data only with processors necessary for the service — hosting, database, Stripe (payments), email delivery and AI providers — under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell your data.
  8. 8.Cookies. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
  9. 9.Retention. We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, personal data is removed or anonymized, except for records the law requires us to keep (such as tax and payment records).
  10. 10.Your rights (art. 18 of the LGPD). You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and revoke consents. Just use the support channel inside the platform. You can also write to orbydigital@outlook.com — including if you cannot access your account.
  11. 11.Security. We adopt encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access control and periodic backups. No system is 100% secure, but relevant incidents will be communicated as required by law.
  12. 12.International transfer. Some processors (such as AI and payment providers) may process data outside Brazil; in those cases we require adequate safeguards under the LGPD.
  13. 13.Changes. This policy may be updated; relevant changes will be announced on the platform, with the update date revised at the top.
