Terms of Use

Last updated: July 11, 2026. Please read carefully: by creating an account or using Orby Strategy, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.

  1. 1.Acceptance. These terms govern the use of the Orby Strategy platform (orbydigital.com). If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the platform.
  2. 2.What the platform does. Orby Strategy is a technology tool that converts natural-language descriptions into study code for TradingView (Pine Script), MetaTrader 5 (MQL5) and Profit (NTSL — available in Brazil only). It is a software service, not a financial service.
  3. 3.Not investment advice. No content, code, example, Marketplace setup or chat response constitutes investment advice, consulting, securities analysis, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Orby Strategy is not a broker, asset manager, advisory firm or research house, and is not registered with market regulators for those activities. Every trading decision — and all of its risk — is exclusively yours.
  4. 4.Risks. Trading in financial markets involves a high risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past results, examples or simulations do not guarantee future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and always test on a demo account before using real capital.
  5. 5.User responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing all code before using it, validating the strategy assumptions, testing in a safe environment and checking compatibility with your broker and platform. Code is delivered as study material, as is.
  6. 6.Account. Using the features requires an account with truthful information and a verified email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older.
  7. 7.Plans and credits. Free plan: 1 courtesy creation after email verification. Starter plan: 40 credits per month — each creation consumes 1 credit and each adjustment consumes 1 credit; unused credits do NOT roll over and the balance resets to 40 at each renewal. Pro and Ultra plans: unlimited creations and adjustments, subject to fair-use technical limits to prevent abuse and improper automation. Credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fair use on unlimited plans currently corresponds to up to 200 generations per day. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded; re-downloading an already generated code consumes no credits.
  8. 8.Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time, with no penalty: once you cancel, there is no further charge and access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
  9. 9.Refunds. For consumers in Brazil, the 7-day withdrawal right applies from the first purchase (art. 49 of the Consumer Code). After that period, cancellation takes effect for the next cycle, with no pro-rated refund for the current period unless required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  10. 10.Marketplace. Marketplace items are ready-made code configurations, delivered digitally and immediately. Prices may vary according to the buyer’s plan. No item contains any promise of performance, profitability or results.
  11. 11.Intellectual property. Code generated from your descriptions may be used freely by you for personal and trading purposes. The platform, the Orby Strategy brand, texts, design and underlying technology belong to Orby Strategy; copying, reselling, sublicensing or reverse engineering the platform is prohibited.
  12. 12.Acceptable use. The following are prohibited: circumventing technical or plan limits, account sharing, automation for mass extraction, reselling access, or using the platform for illegal activity. Violating accounts may be suspended or terminated.
  13. 13.Limitation of liability. The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orby Strategy is not liable for financial losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the codes or the platform; any total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event.
  14. 14.Changes. These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version.
  15. 15.Governing law and venue. Brazilian law applies. For consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer’s domicile are elected.
